How to make diode as a heat detector!!

How we can Achieve it: A normal PN junction diode has a two layers namely P-Layer and N-Layer through which they can conduct any electrons throughout the circuit. These PN junction layer has a specific temperature they can operate. By increasing the temperature of diode we can make it as a head detector. Two biased state: Forward Bias: Where the P layer is connected to the positive terminal of the battery and N layer is connected to the negative terminal of the battery it is called forward bias state.
